Wondering what the interview process is like? No need to be nervous. Here’s how to prepare.
Do I need driving experience?
To be a Delivery Driver with UST Select, you will need two (2) full years of commercial driving experience. Delivery Assistants do not need driving experience.
What will my schedule look like?
We are hiring full-time. Start times for drivers are typically 5am – 630am. You must be flexible to work overtime and on weekends.
Do I need to pass a background check or drug screening?
If offered a position, you will be required to submit and successfully pass a strict background check, MVR check, and a drug screen.
What initial requirements do I need to meet to either drive or help deliver with Select?
We require our drivers to be at least 21 years of age. They must also possess a Driver’s License in the state where they reside. Assistants must be at least 18 years of age.
What physical requirements would I need to meet to either drive or deliver with Select?
Most deliveries are completed by using a Moffett for unloading and transporting at customers sites/homes. Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Numerous time of climbing in / out of truck as well as on and off the Moffett for each delivery.
Do I need a CDL?
All driving positions require a CDL A or B, depending on the location / truck.
